Cordata Intelligence Inc. — last updated June 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Cordata Intelligence Inc. (“Cordata Intelligence”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit cordataintelligence.com, contact us, or subscribe to our products. We are based in British Columbia, Canada. For the Agenda Radar subscription service specifically, please also read the Agenda Radar Privacy Notice.

The short version

We collect only the information you give us or that is needed to run the site and our services. We use it to respond to you, to provide and bill for what you’ve subscribed to, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising.

Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact and demo requests. When you submit a contact or demo form, we collect your name, email address, organization or company (if provided), regions or topics of interest, and the contents of your message.
  • Subscriptions and billing. When you subscribe to a paid product such as Agenda Radar, we collect the email address where you want briefings delivered and the municipalities or topics you ask us to monitor. Payment details (card number, billing name and address) are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe — they do not pass through or get stored on our site.
  • Email correspondence. If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and maintain a record of support and account matters.

Information collected automatically

  • Server and hosting logs. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability.
  • Cookies. Our marketing site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Some essential cookies may be set by providers we rely on — for example, Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout pages for fraud prevention and to make payments work. See Cookies below.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiries, demo requests, and support messages.
  • To provide, set up, deliver, and maintain the products you subscribe to, including emailing your Agenda Radar briefings.
  • To process payments, manage subscriptions, and send billing-related notices.
  • To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to enforce our Terms of Service.

We rely on your consent (for example, when you contact us or sign up), on the need to perform our contract with you (to deliver a paid subscription), and on our legitimate interest in running a secure, functioning business.

Service providers we share information with

We use a small number of trusted providers to operate the site and our services. We share only what each provider needs, and they are bound to use it only to provide their service to us:

  • Stripe — payment processing, subscription billing, and the customer billing portal. Stripe acts as the processor of your payment information under its own privacy policy.
  • Web3Forms — delivery of contact and demo form submissions to our inbox.
  • Our hosting and email providers — to serve the website and to send and receive email with you.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case we will require the recipient to honour this policy).

Where your information is processed

We are based in Canada, but some of our service providers (including Stripe) may store or process information on servers located in the United States or other countries. Where information is transferred across borders, it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here: to respond to you, to provide and bill for an active subscription, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Contact-form messages are retained while relevant to an inquiry or ongoing relationship; billing records are retained as required by law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Cookies

Cordata Intelligence’s marketing site is a static site and does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. The only cookies you may encounter are essential cookies set by Stripe during checkout and in the billing portal, which are necessary to process payments securely and prevent fraud. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout from working.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, and we rely on providers like Stripe that maintain industry-standard payment security (PCI-DSS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law (including Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act), you may:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
  • Ask us to correct or update inaccurate information.
  • Ask us to delete information we no longer need to retain.
  • Withdraw consent or unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@cordataintelligence.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes affecting active subscribers will be communicated by email or through the service.
