Agenda Radar Privacy Notice

What Agenda Radar is

Agenda Radar monitors publicly available municipal records — agendas, minutes, staff reports, budgets, and public notices — and emails subscribers a periodic briefing of the items relevant to them. The source documents we monitor are public records published by governments; Agenda Radar does not create personal profiles of individuals from them.

Subscriber information we collect

• Delivery details. The email address (or addresses, on plans that allow multiple recipients) where you want briefings sent.
• Your monitoring preferences. The municipalities, regions, categories, and any custom keywords you ask us to track — collected at checkout and whenever you ask us to change them.
• Account and contact details. Your name and company, and any correspondence you send us about your subscription.
• Payment information. Collected and processed entirely by Stripe. We receive only limited billing details from Stripe (such as your name, the last four digits of your card, the plan, and payment status) — never your full card number.

How we use it

• To set up your subscription and configure the municipalities and categories you chose.
• To compile and deliver your Agenda Radar briefings by email.
• To process recurring payments and manage your subscription through Stripe.
• To provide support, respond to change requests, and send service notices about your subscription.

Briefings are service emails tied to your active subscription. We do not use your subscriber email for unrelated marketing without your consent, and every non-essential email includes a way to opt out.

Who we share it with

We share subscriber information only with the providers needed to run the service: Stripe for payments and subscription billing, and our email and hosting providers to deliver briefings and operate the service. We do not sell subscriber information or share it for third-party advertising. See the main Privacy Policy for the full list of providers and details on cross-border processing.

Retention

We keep your subscription and monitoring preferences for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, we retain what is needed to close your account and meet tax and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymize the rest. You can ask us to delete your delivery email and preferences after cancellation by emailing hello@cordataintelligence.com.

Your choices and rights

• Change or remove the municipalities, keywords, or recipients on your plan by emailing us.
• Update your billing details or cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal.
• Request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you.
